The Kingdom of Morocco is a country with a multiethnic society and a rich culture, civilization, and etiquette.

Moroccan Cuisine is the third best cuisine in the world after France and Italy, because Moroccan Cooking is characterized by rich spices .

The cuisine in Morocco is as varied as the country’s landscape, in part due to numerous culinary influences such as Spain, France, Portugal, Italy,  and the Berbers.

Morocco imports very little food, so its Mediterranean spread of fruits and vegetables tend to be locally grown and fresh.

Let’s discover some main recipes of traditional Moroccan cuisine, whose have to be cooked in Moroccan families for ages, as well as today

Starting with the Popular  Couscous:

This dish is very popular in morocco and whole the world, with Seven Vegetables and meat.

It’s very Delicious, but also an Integrated food.

Moroccan Tajines :

often combine lamb or chicken with a medley of ingredients or seasonings: olives, quinces, apples, pears, apricots, raisins,, with fresh or preserved lemons, with or without honey, with or without a complexity of spices.

Other ingredients for a tajine include also: fish, pigeon, beef,  vegetables…

Made by steeping green tea with mint leaves, is very popular, and many Moroccans drink it several times throughout the day and evening.

Moroccans are famous for their hospitality, and it is Moroccan etiquette to offer tea to any visitors that might stop by
